Leadership

CityLight is led by a plurality of elders (pastors). The preaching, teaching, counselling, shepherding, and day-to-day leadership of the church is shared by a group of elders.

We believe the New Testament calls churches to be shepherded by a plurality of God-called and biblically qualified men. A plurality of pastors/elders best ensures the spiritual health of the leaders and members of a local church community.

Brad Williams

Pastor / Elder

Soon after becoming a follower of Jesus in high school, Brad sensed a call to pastoral ministry. He served as a Youth Pastor and pastoral intern before helping plant and pastor CityLight Church.

Brad completed his Master of Divinity at Canadian Baptist Theological Seminary and is pursuing doctoral studies in Expository Preaching. He is passionate about teaching the Bible, making disciples, equipping leaders, church planting, and introducing people to Christ.

Brad is married to Cherise and they have three children.

Boaz Fadun

Pastor / Elder

Boaz and his wife Megan have two daughters. Boaz studied Business at Red River College and is currently pursuing graduate studies in theology.

He has a passion for preaching God's Word, training leaders, and reaching those far from God.

Andre Lederer

Pastor / Elder

Andre and his wife Lee have three adult sons and four grandchildren. Andre is a graduate of Providence University College where he studied theology. He currently works as a Project Leader for the City of Winnipeg.

Andre has a passion for God's Word and enjoys gaining a clearer understanding of its beautiful truths and communicating them to others.
